Swarna Vrudhi Advance Deposit Plan
Customers can make payments ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month. These payments are converted into 22-karat gold based on the gold rate of the day, providing protection against rising gold prices.
After 12 months, the accumulated gold weight can be used to purchase 916 hallmarked jewellery.
- The monthly deposit amount will be treated as advance against sale and is non-transferable.
- Member will get credit in terms of gold weight (in 22 carat price) equivalent to the advance paid (accumulated in grams) on prevailing (current) gold rate of the company on the date of their payment or realization of their money to the company account. 3. This Advance Deposit Plan (ADP) is a unique plan and cannot be clubbed with any other plans. 4. Duration of this scheme will be 11 months. Customer can buy Gold Jewellery in the 12th month. 5. The advance payment should be made continuously for 11 months and cannot be carried over or paid in advance. 6. As per statutory norms, member needs to take delivery/purchase Jewellery within 345 days from the date of enrollment. In-case the customer fails to do so, the company will initiate a refund for the actual total deposited amount to the customer through online bank transfer or cheque in the member’s name without any benefits of the scheme. Cash will not be refunded under any circumstances as per govt regulations. 7. The customer must submit the bank account number to which the refund can be initiated. 8. If any member fails to pay 2 continuous installments, his membership will be deactivated and he will be eligible for the benefit as per the last installment paid, considering the pre-closure clause simultaneously. The last date of the month in which the last installment is paid will be considered. (Ex: If you have joined on 20/01/22 and you paid the last installment on 15/07/22 then deactivation date will be 31/07/22.) 9. The advance amount paid will not be eligible for any interest. 10. Members should come personally at the time of scheme closing/dropping. If any member cannot come personally, then the bearer must carry an authorization letter and a proper ID proof of the actual member. If the member is a minor, name of the natural guardian along with document proving relationship with minor must be provided. 11. Making, wastage will not be charged up to the total advance payment value. Any purchase exceeding the total advance payment, wastage will be charged according to the product, to be borne by the customer. 12. Stone charges will be applicable for ornaments with Diamonds, Ruby, Emerald, Zircon, Pearls or any other stones. 13. This is a Jewellery Advance Deposit Plan and hence, Cash will not be refunded under any circumstances. 14. Members who wish to pre-close the ADP, will get the benefits as per the Pre-Closure Clause. 15. In case a member wishes to close the scheme before 6 months from the date of joining, he will be charged as per the deferral charges table shown below towards administration charges. 16. All payments can be made by cash, card or the official online portal of SwarnaKanchi. 17. In case of change of address or mobile number, proper documentation process needs to be followed for security reasons. 18. All scheme related details will be sent to registered mobile number and e-mail id only. 19. OTP and payment receipts will be mandatory at the time of joining and closing. 20. JVR Retails PVT Ltd. reserves the rights to alter/add/delete any part or whole of the Scheme without any prior notice. In such an event, the Customer can purchase any item equivalent to the total gold weight accumulated in their account on that day. 21. PAN number will be mandatory for any payments or purchase of Rs.2,00,000 or more. 22. GST and other government levies at the time of maturity will be borne by the customer. 23. Customer Signature, ID and address proof will be verified at the time of delivery. 24. In case of any dispute, management decision will be final. 25. Any dispute will be subject to Hyderabad Jurisdiction only.

- The advance amount paid will not be eligible for any interest.
- Members should come personally at the time of scheme closing/dropping. If any member cannot come personally, then the bearer must carry an authorization letter and a proper ID proof of the actual member. - PAN number will be mandatory for any payments or purchase of Rs.2,00,000 or more.
- GST and other government levies at the time of maturity will be borne by the customer.
- Customer Signature, ID and address proof will be verified at the time of delivery.
- In case of any dispute, management decision will be final.
- Any dispute will be subject to Hyderabad Jurisdiction only.
